Shipping Processing Time
All our products are made to order, please allow up to 7 days for production. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays to you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are:

International Shipping Policy
We are currently only shipping within the UK.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dino Gymnastics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Dino Gymnastics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please allow up to 14 days for items to arrive. Contact us if your package has not arrived after 14 days.
